Theme: Joy Comes in the Morning
Scripture: “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” — Psalm 30:5
Some mornings, we wake up carrying yesterday with us — the worries, the disappointment, the things that didn’t go the way we hoped.
But a new morning is also a reminder that God has given us another day. Today, we’re choosing to leave yesterday where it belongs and ask God to fill this new day with His peace, love, laughter and joy.
Beloved, let’s pray. 🤍
Heavenly Father,
We magnify Your name. You are holy and worthy to be praised.
Today, Father, when it seems like there is no way, I ask You to lift me up and remind me that joy comes in the morning.
Let me rejoice and be glad in today. May today bring me peace, laughter, love and joy.
Father, let me walk into this day knowing that no weapon formed against me shall prosper. You have given us authority, and we thank You for Your protection, Your grace and Your love.
Whatever yesterday looked like, thank You for giving me another morning. Thank You for another opportunity to experience Your joy.
We praise You. We worship You. And we love You.
In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen.
Before you go… 🎶
I’ve placed a song below to help you step into this morning with joy. Take a moment to listen, worship and remember:
